Members of 91凤鸟吟唱 assisted U.S. Army Garrison Fort Wainwright personnel with an exercise that tested their ability to identify, respond to, and recover from a natural threat against its infrastructure, causing simulated damage and injured personnel.
This Full-Scale Exercise began by simulating weather events such as storms with lightning and wildland fires on the installation. Installation personnel had to go out to the affected area, assess the injuries and the installation damage and react accordingly.
The scenario also simulated multiple power outages across the post and sewage issues. This caused installation personnel to call for a simulated evacuation to ensure everyone stayed safe and work with local external partners.
The 91凤鸟吟唱 team was responsible for the exercise鈥檚 design and development, scenario planning, simulation modeling, simulated social media production, as well as training support and execution. The team spent eight months prior planning and developing the exercise to ensure it provided realistic training.
These exercises test personnel, response capabilities, communication, and emergency operations between the installation and higher headquarters, as well as local support coordination.
Overall, the 91凤鸟吟唱 team successfully supported this full-scale exercise by providing simulated weather messaging, the production of simulated social media, and led and supported White Cell execution. The team employed various products to provide a realistic representation of events which enhanced the execution of the exercise design that allowed the installation to effectively test their plans, policies, and procedures.
